The Epic New Formula E Liveries (2023) | Full Breakdown

2023 rings in a new year and a new season of Formula E racing. With a new season comes new Formula E liveries. Perhaps our favorite part of the season!

Here are all of the new Formula E liveries for 2023!

ABT CUPRA

The new ABT CUPRA Formula E livery design is based on the all-electric CUPRA UrbanRebel concept car, of which there will also be a road version in 2025.

Formula E is a unique motorsport platform for the world’s leading automotive manufacturers to create emotions and continue to prove that electric motorsport is not boring, but rather goes hand in hand with extreme performance.

JAGUAR TCS

Jaguar TCS looks to shake things up with a fresh look on their new I-TYPE 6 Formula E race car. Their striking new black, red, and white colors standout with an asymmetric livery, unusual for most Formula E cars.

NIO 333

NIO 333 pays tribute to their Chinese roots with red and white, along with splashes of blue and black on their Gen3 ER9.

NEOM MCLAREN

The NEOM McLaren Formula E Team has revealed their livery for the upcoming Formula E racing season, featuring the iconic papaya color that is synonymous with the team’s history. The McLaren livery will also be shown to the public at the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship’s pre-season test in Valencia, Spain on December 13th.

McLaren Racing always seeks to compete against the best and on the leading edge of technology, providing our fans, partners and people with new ways to be excited, entertained and inspired.

NEOM McLaren

NISSAN

Along with an all-new driver line-up, including Norman Nato and Sacha Fenestraz, Nissan introduces a gorgeous new cherry blossom inspired livery tagged with an iconic Sakura flower as a nod to their Japanese roots.

Our new livery celebrates our Japanese heritage and I’m certain that the design will stand out on track like never before. MASERATI MSG RACING

Behold, the new Maserati Tipo Folgore, one of our favorite 2023 livery designs! The Maserati Tipo Folgore pays homage to Maserati’s first racing car, the Tipo 26, which won the 1926 Targa Florio, with Alfieri Maserati behind the wheel.

TAG HEUER PORSCHE

 Pascal Wehrlein and new teammate Antonio Felix da Costa go into Season 9 with a brand new Formula E livery design. Porsche unveiled the new livery at the Porsche Experience Centre in Franciacorta, Italy, showcasing their familiar red, black and white colors that Porsche has been known for in Formula E.

ENVISION RACING

Bringing back their electric green color scheme, the 2023 Envision Racing livery design was created to make a statement. Envision Racing is the greenest team on the grid and most vocal when it comes to sustainability and climate action.

MAHINDRA RACING

Designed by Mahindra Advanced Design Europe (MADE), the new Mahindra Racing livery design is a blend of refined design and electric racing.

The Gen3 Formula E livery takes inspiration from our Born Electric platform design language and marks the latest global color trend in fashion, with the copper combining with the signature Mahindra red. Elements of the design pay homage to Mahindra Racing history and our previous successes, with others demonstrating our vision towards the Gen3 era of Formula E. We are especially excited to bring our cars to India in February to celebrate the inaugural Hyderabad E-Prix.

DS PENSKE

DS Automobiles and PENSKE Autosport have unveiled the newly designed DS E-TENSE FE23, with Formula E drivers Stoffel Vandoorne and Jean-Eric Vergne present to demonstrate the car’s Gen3 capabilities.
